The Gotei 13 or also known as the Court Guardians reside over Ryokga and the Court Of Pure souls. They are the league of Shingami who protect Earth from hollows or any other strange beings. As with all leagues, they have their society system as well as the ranking system from Captains to Vice-Captains and so on.
