Locations

There are various places we see in the world of Bleach. Below are some of the main places we see.   

Direct Path from the Human world to Soul Society
This is a direct bath to get to the living world to Soul Society or vice-versa. We have seen Ichigo, Ishida, Chad, Inoue, and Yoruichi travel to get there to and from Soul Society.

Hueco Mundo
 Hueco Mundo is where all types of Hollows live. It is located between the human world and Soul Society. The place itself can be entered when a type of Hollow, the Menos Grande, rips the sky and creates the portal between Hueco Mundo and the Human World. Usually Shinigami, humans and ghosts do not dare to enter this dark place. 
*In the picture is a Menos coming out of Hueco Mundo.

Hell
This is a place where the Hollows go if they committed crimes during there life time (meaning when they were humans). The door to hell has chains across them with a skeleton on each side. Hell itself has not been shown.

Karakura Town
Karakura Town is a fictional town in Tokyo where Ichigo, Inoue, Chad, and Ishida live. For the most part its a nice and peaceful place with areas that resemble today's suburbs and cities. The trouble usually appears when Hollows, and other supernatural beings appear. Below are some of the places within Karakura Town that we have seen.

Soul Society
Soul Society is the place where the good and cleansed souls, the "Pluses", go. There are two different areas of Soul Society. Seireitei (The Court of Pure Souls) is where the Shinigami live. The second district is Rukongai (Wandering Soul City), the place in soul society where normal souls go. Most souls are not allowed to enter Seireitei, as it is reserved for Shinigami, so they live in Rukongai.
